Our clients wanted to gain more room on the 1st floor by adding dormers. A more contemporary design was taken.

Our Solution

A modern approach to materials but using the ‘known form’ to the dormers on the rear. The form on the front differs from you every day dormer as we have a large window which really sets the front elevation off.
