If you are looking to renovate a property in the Leyland or Farington area, SJR Architecture will be happy to help. From small extensions to full house designs, we are happy to offer advice on a case by case basis, we will provide quotes quickly and get started on your project, usually within a week.
For residential projects, once advice has been given, you will either need full blown planning permission or permitted development. Depending on this, we will then go ahead and produce existing drawings along with proposed drawings for our clients to review. We can then go a stage further if required and produce 3D rendered drawings so you can then visualise exactly what your new home will look like.
